Getting on a bike for the first time? Right on. Want to polish your cornering skills? We’ve got you. Need a few tips to tackle expert terrain? You’ve come to the right place. Trestle offers private lessons for every level of rider with coaches who use proven methods to help you crush your goals and discover more of the mountain.

Expect an email from private_lessons@winterparkresort.com requesting information from each participant to ensure you are matched with the perfect coach. Please do not hesitate to email us with any questions or requests.

To ensure that all lessons start on time, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session. All lessons will meet outside the Trestle Bike Shop in The Village.
Before you arrive, make sure all members of your party sign the EZ Waiver prior to arrival. Guests will meet their instructor in the Private Lesson Center in The Village 15 minutes before their start time.
If you have booked a lesson and rentals, full-day and morning half-day lessons must arrive for their fitting between 9 – 9:30am at Trestle Bike Shop. Due to high volume, you’ll have to wait to be fit after 10:30am if you are late, which will take time away from your lesson. Afternoon half-day lessons must arrive between 12:30 – 1:30pm for their fitting. If you would like an earlier fitting time, please call 800-979-0328.
Riders enrolled in a lesson will not need to visit will call to pick up their lift tickets. Lift tickets will be given to you during your rental fitting or your coach will have them at the start of your lesson if you are not getting a rental.
CAREFREE CANCELLATION
If you have booked lessons and need to request a date change or cancellation please call 970-726-1660 or email us at Private_Lessons@winterparkresort.com.
Unused lessons cannot be transferred to a future season nor can they be refunded or credited. Guests can cancel bike rentals, bike lessons, and bike clinics penalty-free up to 7 days in advance of arrival or re-book for a later date in the current season. Purchases become non-refundable 7 days prior to arrival.
Up to 9am MT the day prior to arrival, purchases may be rebooked for a different date during the current season. There is no rebooking fee and price differences will be charged. Cancelations or rebookings after 9am the day prior to arrival may incur a cancellation fee.
Guests who are not able to use purchased product in the current season may request resort credit that may be used within a year. Requests for modifications to dates and/or packages after 9am MT prior to arrival can be requested by emailing the following contacts.
