Must Be Purchased in Advance: Season Passes, Lift Tickets, Lessons, Rentals >

Before You Ride

Your Bike Has A Date With Our Dirt...

We know your wheels are ready and waiting to go. We ask that as we cautiously re-open, each guest joins in our collective pursuit to protect our mountain. This includes abiding by guidelines for social distancing, face coverings, and sanitation. We hope our visitors can join us in this partnership, and do their part to protect the mountains we all love.

In an effort to encourage social distancing all lift tickets, season passes, lessons, and rentals must be purchased online at least 48 hours in advance. Season passes require a photo to be uploaded 48 hours in advance as well. Season pass holders do not need to make a reservation for days they want to ride.

We will be selling a limited number of lift tickets per day and encourage riders to book early to guarantee availability. Trestle Bike Park lift tickets cannot be purchased in-person. If you purchase at least 8 days in advance, your lift ticket will be mailed to you. When purchased within 8 days, lift tickets can be picked up on the day of your arrival at will call, located in the Adventure Concierge container across from The Gondola.

If you received your lift tickets in the mail and lost them, please visit the Lower Ticket Office underneath Balcony House.

After you have purchased your pass and uploaded your photo, your season pass will be mailed to you. Please allow up to 8 days to receive your pass in the mail. If you will need to pick up your season pass at the resort, please email at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Your season pass will be available for pick up at will call, located in the Adventure Concierge container across from The Gondola.

Trestle Bike Park riders can also reload an old season pass to go straight to the lift. If you were not able to do this during the check-out process, email

Rental Fittings

When booking your rental, you will pick a fitting time. If you are more than 30 min. late to your fitting time, you will be fitted after 10:30am. Guests will be required to wear a face covering that fully covers their mouth and nose during their fitting.

When picking up your bike, line up around the outside of the building. There will be markers placed in line to maintain six feet of distance between renters. Please do not have friends or family who are not renting join you in line.

If you have purchased lift tickets for the day, these will be given to you during your fitting if they have not been mailed in advance. You will not need to pick up your lift tickets at will call.

Mountain Bike Coaching

Before you arrive, make sure all members of your party sign the EZ Waiver prior to arrival. Guests will meet their instructor in the Private Lesson Center in The Village 30 minutes before their start time. We respectfully request all guests wear a face covering when meeting their instructor.

If you have booked a lesson and rentals, full day and morning half-day lessons must arrive for their fitting between 9 - 9:30am at Trestle Bike Shop. Due to high volume, you'll have to wait to be fit after 10:30am if you are late, which will take time away from your lesson. Afternoon half-day lessons must arrive between 12:30 - 1pm for their fitting. If you would like an earlier fitting time, please call 800.979.0328. Please review our rental procedures above before you arrive.

Riders enrolled in a lesson will not need to visit will call to pick up their lift tickets. Lift tickets will be given to you during your rental fitting or your coach will have them at the start of your lesson if you are not getting a rental.

Loading Lifts

We respectfully request Trestle Bike Park riders wear a face covering when lining up, loading, and unloading the gondola and lifts. Lift lines will be socially distanced with identified 6 foot increments. Please only ride lifts with others in your group or you can request to ride alone. The Gondola will be loaded at half capacity with groups of 5 or less.

Keeping the Mountains Safe

Although we all look forward to returning to a more normal state of operations, for the foreseeable future, we will be putting extra measures in place to ensure we are doing our part to keep Winter Park Resort, Trestle Bike Park, and our surrounding community as healthy as possible. In addition to our normal cleaning procedures, we have created additional practices across our resort to ensure our guests and employees receive the care they deserve. While we are dedicated to keeping our guests safe, we ask that you help keep our local community safe, too. Visit our website to learn more.

U.S. Forest Service Closures

Due to the Williams Fork Fire, the U.S. Forest Service has issued a closure for parts of the Arapahoe and Roosevelt National Forests, which currently does not encompass the Winter Park Resort area. The closure is primarily to the West and South of the Resort. You can view the official closure map here.

It is critical that everyone respects the forest closure. In addition, we ask all guests to stay on designated Winter Park Resort and Trestle Bike Park trails when on property and obey signs at forest access points.
