Gravity Goddesses Downhill Camp
September 5-7, 2008
Winter Park Ride School presents a downhill mountain bike experience exclusively
for women. Take your riding to the next level with top-notch coaching covering
topics from fundamental skill development to trail-riding. You will be in small groups
ranging from 1-7 women for 6 hours a day, working directly with
Winter Park’s
mountain bike coaching staff.
Cost:
$495 - includes: two-day Kona “Stinky” Downhill bike rental & protective armor,
two-day Trestle Bike Park pass, two days of coaching, two lunches, dinner,
welcome wine & cheese party and more!
Lodging packages starting at $88 per room.
Levels:
Intro to Mountain Biking (if this is your first off road experience):
Develops skills on the easiest trails using cross country equipment. Riders will
transition to downhill specific equipment and trails depending on progress.
Advanced Beginners (if you have some off-road experience):
Based on your experience, athleticism and attitude you'll start on either cross-country
equipment and trails, or Downhill specific. You’ll start on easier trails, transitioning to
more challenging trails soon as you are ready and willing!
Intermediate Riders (if you have quite a bit of trail riding experience and want
to only ride downhill):
You’ll start out on downhill specific equipment and will be riding more challenging
trails as the camp progresses.
Advanced Riders (riders with downhill experience who want to take it to the
next level):
You’ll use downhill equipment exclusively and ride more challenging trails and
features from the start of the camp.

Junior Downhill Gravity Camp
September 13-14, 2008
Winter Park Ride School presents a downhill mountain bike experience exclusively
for junior riders. Take your riding to the next level with top-notch coaching covering
topics from fundamental skill development to trail-riding. You will work in small
groups ranging from 1 – 7 students for 6 hours a day, working directly with Kona
bike's Willy Warren and his all-star coaching staff.
Cost:
$310 includes two-day lift pass, two full days of coaching, two lunches a BBQ and
a closing ice-cream party. Lodging packages starting at $88 per room.
Levels:
Intro to Mountain Biking (if this is your first off-road experience):
Develops skills on the easiest trails.
Advanced Beginners (if you have some off-road experience):
Based on your experience, athleticism and attitude, you'll start on easier trails,
transitioning to more challenging trails as participants are ready and willing!
